Cyberwest x WA office of Digital Government Hackathon

CyberWest Hub and the WA Office of Digital Government are teaming up to bring you 2 days of building, breaking, and brainstorming at the intersection of AI and cyber security.

Working in teams, you’ll tackle real challenges drawn from the WA Government Cyber Security Policy and prototype AI-powered solutions that could shape how WA defends its digital services. You’ll get hands-on mentorship from industry and government experts, access to realistic datasets, and the chance to pitch your ideas to senior leaders from across WA’s cyber community. Prizes, food, and serious bragging rights on the line.

Whether you’re a coder, a tinkerer, a future SOC analyst, or just someone with a passion for cyber and a willingness to learn – you belong here. All skill levels, all disciplines, all backgrounds welcome. Bring your curiosity, your laptop, and a team of 3-5 (or come solo and we’ll help you find your people).
