Flight Lab with Squadrone: Drones, Code, Safety and Mission Design

In collaboration with Squadrone, ECU School of Science is excited to offer a special hands-on drone coding workshop for secondary students.

Learn how drones work, explore basic Python programming logic and use code to design and test drone flight paths.

You’ll also explore real-world considerations around drone technology, including safety, responsible use, spatial awareness, connected devices and basic security thinking.

Themes: drone tech; Python coding; programming; mission planning; responsible technology use; spatial thinking; connected-device awareness and security.
