Maxine Delacy (Graduate Engagement Manager – Victoria, Engineers Australia) is a passionate and results-driven professional at Engineers Australia. She thrives on connecting with people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact. With a focus on workforce and skill development, starting at Engineering Education Australia and now as the Graduate Engagement Manager at Engineers Australia, she is dedicated to supporting young engineers on their professional journeys.

Her diverse background spans real estate, hospitality, and operations. This experience, combined with her expertise in stakeholder management, partnerships and relationship building, enables her to identify key opportunities and deliver valuable outcomes for all involved.

Sahil Peerzade (Graduate Engagement Manager – NSW, Engineers Australia) is a qualified Chemical Engineer along with a dual master’s degree in environmental engineering & engineering management. He joined Engineers Australia in August 2023 and has approx. seven years of key account management, consultative sales and business development, technical presentations, customer engagement experience across various industries such as construction chemicals, telecommunications, and higher education sector. He is excited about supporting and making an impact to the careers of graduate & early career engineers throughout NSW and beyond through his engineering and managerial skills.
